Opening Hours

Our normal office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding bank holidays)

The PCC freephone helpline operates Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm

 

Office Locations

The Patient and Client Council has three regional offices that reach across Northern Ireland.

Due to the mobile nature of many of our Staff, it is requested that you make an appointment if you wish to meet with someone from PCC.

Belfast Office

Our address is: 
Patient and Client Council 5th floor, 12-22 Linenhall Street, Belfast, BT2 8BS

How to find us: 

We are situated on Linenhall Street. All guests should present at the security station upon entering.

Car parking: 

There is no public car park at this building. Visitors to the PCC can park at nearby city centre multi-storey car parks.

Ballymena Office

Our address is: 
Patient and Client Council, County Hall, 182 Galgorm Road, Ballymena, BT42 1QB

How to find us:

The Patient and Client Council share offices with the Strategic Planning and Performance Group of the Department of Health in County Hall. Please use the Sourhill Road entrance of County Hall.

Car parking:

There is a large, free public car park situated outside our Ballymena office at the Sourhill Road entrance of County Hall.

Omagh Area Office

Our address is: 
Patient and Client Council, Hilltop, Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital, 1 Donaghanie Road, Omagh, BT79 0NS

How to find us:

Our office is in the Hilltop building located toward the rear of the Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital site.

Car parking:

There are free car parking spaces located directly outside the office.

PCC Support in the Community

PCC also offer our Support in the Community service in locations throughout Northern Ireland.

Our service provides;
  • Trained Staff at physical locations, to listen to individual’s concerns/ issues about health or social care; 
  • Free support and advice, to help individuals find a resolution or raise concerns appropriately; 
  • Access to resources tailored to their needs
  • Support through a complaints process, which will be always be focused on ensuring the individual’s voice is heard and listened to.
