NISCC Professional Practice Awards

We are proud to share that the PCC was represented at the Northern Ireland Social Care Council’s Professional Practice Awards in Lisburn.

A huge congratulations to Katherine McElroy, PCC Principal Practitioner for Advocacy, who received a Specialist Social Work Award.

Katherine earned this recognition through the Postgraduate Social Work and Community Development Course at Ulster University. This award not only reflects her commitment to continuous professional development, but also highlights the value of community-focused social work in advocacy.

We were also delighted to have Gerard McWilliams, member of the NISCC Participation Partnership and #TeamPCC, in attendance.
